Air Driven, Fry Tray

Give newly hatched fry and small juveniles a safer place to grow with this practical air-driven fry tray.

The tray is positioned on the aquarium and connected to a suitable aquarium air pump. The airflow creates gentle water movement through the tray, helping circulate fresh, oxygenated water from the main aquarium without exposing small fry to strong currents or larger tank inhabitants.

Keeping the fry within the main aquarium system means they benefit from the same stable water temperature and water conditions as the parent tank. The open tray design also makes feeding, monitoring and routine care much easier than trying to locate tiny fry throughout a heavily planted aquarium.

How to Use

Secure the fry tray in position on the aquarium and connect the air-driven section to a suitable aquarium air pump using standard airline tubing. Adjust the airflow until there is gentle, steady water circulation through the tray.

Avoid using an excessively strong airflow, as newly hatched fry require calm conditions. Regularly check that water is moving freely and that the tray remains clean and securely positioned.

Rinse with clean water before first use. Do not use soap or household cleaning products.
