Introducing the Simon The Shrimp Aquarium Egg Collector — a simple but extremely useful tool for fish keepers and breeders who regularly collect eggs from aquarium glass.

Removing eggs by hand can be fiddly, and it’s all too easy for freshly removed eggs to fall into the substrate or disappear into the aquarium. Our Egg Collector is designed to make the process much easier.

Simply position the collector beneath the eggs while gently removing them from the glass. As the eggs come away, they fall directly into the collection tray rather than dropping into the aquarium.

The slotted base allows water to move through the collector while helping keep the eggs contained, making it easier to transfer them to a breeding box, hatching container or your preferred incubation setup.

How to Use

Position the Egg Collector directly underneath the eggs you wish to remove. Gently loosen or roll the eggs away from the aquarium glass and allow them to fall into the collector. Once collected, carefully remove the tray and transfer the eggs into your chosen hatching or breeding setup.
